Sometimes unforeseen emergencies arise. We are the only local area veterinary clinic with a veterinarian always available to tend to your emergency.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet or livestock, please call us on the way to our hospital if at all possible, so our staff and Doctors can prepare for your arrival. Emergencies can range from any large or small animal birthing complications, hit by car, to rodent poisoning ingestion.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. In some situations, we are able to arrange "Drop Off" appointments, give us a call if you feel your animal needs urgent care. Emergencies can be a traumatic time for everyone involved.
